Returns

If you are a Hugo Bonsai customer and you have placed an order and want to make a return, you will not have any problem and we will be happy to help you. You must take into account the following:

• We give our clients a period of 15 days to make any return from the moment they receive the order.
• For the return, keep in mind that it is absolutely essential that the product and its packaging are not altered, you must return it in the same conditions that you received it. For safety and quality reasons the products that have been extracted from the blister cannot be returned.
• If the cause of return is a defect in the product, we bear the shipping costs, if it is not a defect in the product, it is the customer who bears the shipping costs.
• Products that are made to order cannot be returned.

To make a return of a product purchased in our store, you just have to contact us by mail at the address info@hugobonsai.com, indicating the reason for the return.

We will contact you as soon as possible to finalize the return.
